We check every supplement against every other one. You get a complete report covering what competes for the same absorption pathway, a morning and evening schedule, where you're doubling up, and what your goals suggest you're missing.
$29 one-time. Your report is saved permanently.
The report covers everything that determines whether your protocol actually does what you intend it to.
We flag which supplements compete for the same transporter or absorption pathway and tell you exactly how many hours to space them. Named mechanisms, not vague cautions.
Every supplement gets placed in a morning or evening slot. Fat-soluble vitamins go with food, iron goes on an empty stomach, magnesium goes before bed. You get a complete daily schedule, not a general suggestion.
Multivitamins often overlap with standalone supplements you're already taking. We find those overlaps and tell you whether the combined dose is worth thinking about.
Based on your stated health goals, we look at what your protocol might be missing. Practical food sources come first. A supplement suggestion comes second, with a specific form and dose range.
From a real analysis
Zinc and Copper
Zinc and copper share the DMT1 transporter, so taking them together means each one gets less through. A four-hour gap solves this completely. Zinc in the morning, copper in the evening works well for most protocols.
Vitamin D3 and K2
Vitamin D3 increases calcium absorption, and K2 directs that calcium into bones rather than soft tissue. These two work well together. Taking both with your fattiest meal of the day improves absorption of each.
A gap we flagged
Your sleep goal and current protocol suggest magnesium glycinate would be worth adding. Pumpkin seeds (about a quarter cup) and dark chocolate contribute, but getting a meaningful dose through food alone is difficult. 300-400mg glycinate form before bed is a well-tolerated starting point.
